P&P is included in the purchase price [UK only] – usually second class post. I aim to post all purchases within 1 to 2 working days, however I am an individual artist and there are occasions when I’m away at a show or residential workshop: it’s best to allow 4-7 days for your items to arrive.
If posting further afield please get in touch via email & I can give you a more accurate postage rate.
If you have any problems with your purchases please let me know within 7 days and I will aim to resolve any issues as soon as possible; any return postage is at your own expense.
Please note that I don’t accept responsibility for any local/import taxes or duties.
If you have booked a workshop I will email all the participants a few weeks prior to the event [much further ahead for Italy!], with further details and information. Within 14 of booking you have the right to cancel with full refund [unless the workshop has already commenced], after this period I will aim to fill your place and then I can offer you a refund [less 10% admin fee] or accomodate you to an alternative workshop. There are no refunds/alternatives for any cancellations within 4 weeks of the workshop [10 weeks for Italy]. You are welcome to find someone to take your place.
Please note workshop locations do vary: Many are ONLINE workshops and some are based in Holmfirth, others at Janome HQ in Stockport and also Italy.
Online Workshops: You will need a fast broadband internet connection in order to watch videos online and sufficient IT experience to interact via a closed Facebook group [although if you prefer not to be part of Facebook, you will still have access to the course materials yet interaction with your fellow students will be limited].
Should I happen to cancel a class for whatever reason [thought this is extremely rare!] I shall refund your full amount.
