I want to let you know how much I enjoyed the [New Grounds] exhibition. I introduced two friends to your work and they were very impressed. They are textile specialists in their own rights and when they use the words impressive, skilful, developmental, exciting etc. you are receiving critical acclaim. I thought you might like to know that I was excited on your behalf because there is always a heart stopping moment when you introduce someone to work that you find stunning and you want them to share that experience but you know it is not guaranteed that they will see things the same way.
